How searches work

You can start a search using a phone number or email address. Each search is performed in real time and applies only to the identifier you enter.

Why tokens are needed

Each search requires processing resources. Since the app doesn't store or reuse data, every search involves a fresh request to multiple sources. Tokens help support this process by covering the effort needed to deliver up-to-date results.

Please note that even if no matching information is found, the search process is still completed.
This means a token may be used even when results are not available.

Buying more scans

Tokens are used whenever you start a search. If you run out of tokens, you can purchase additional tokens at any time directly in the app.

Purchasing additional tokens is optional and does not affect your active subscription. Your subscription remains unchanged and continues according to its original terms, regardless of whether additional tokens are purchased.
